All boats have an eye bolt on the bow. The eye bolt is used to secure the boat to a trailer or dock. This is done by manually clipping a strap or rope to boats eye bolt. The Rope-A-Boat System uses a Bow Latch to automatically latch boat to trailer or dock. No need to manually connect strap or rope. Bow Latches replace the eye bolt completely.
The Rope-A-Boat System will engage automatically with a boat that has a Bow Latch installed. Simple as just driving your boat into the Rope System. The boat will automatically be aligned and connected to Rope System. Drive boat to desired point and stop. The Boat will be held until you further load. To unload, reverse process. No manual pushing needed, the winch will push the boat off. Bow Latch will hold boat until you release it.
Automatic Bow Latch
Automatic release Bow Latches will require no cables. Features will include automatic engagement and push button release. The Bow Latch will be able to release from Rope System at a push of a button. Never need to leave the seat of your boat.
Standard Bow Latch
Pictured to the left is Rope-A-Boat standard Bow Latch. This Bow Latch will replace the eye bolt on bow of boat. Feature Automatic engagement and manual handle pull, to release. This can be performed from in the boat or before unloading.
